New Year, New Workout

Ok cardio and weights in the same work…say what?!?!? I know some times you have to switch things up. It’s a brand new year; you need a brand new workout. I love this workout though I have to be honest at 9-months pregnant; I did a mini version of this workout.

First Set

Post-H Workout1
Step #1 Start with arm extensions at a weight that feels comfortable. Complete 1 set of 25 reps.

Post-H Workout2
Step #2 Cycle at a good speed for 10 minutes.

Post-H Workout3
Step #3 Get a free weight standing on a Bosu ball squat and move the weight from left to right. Complete 1 set of 25 reps.

Post-H Workout4
Step #4 Run at a good speed for 10 minutes.

Post-H Workout5
Step #5 With another free weight in each hand do walking lunges. Complete 1 set of 25 reps.

Second Set

Step #1 Increase your weight and complete 1 set of 15 reps.

Step #2 Cycle at a higher speed for 10 minutes.

Step #3 Increase your weight and complete 1 set of 15 reps.

Step #4 Run at a higher speed for 10 minutes.

Step #5 Increase your weight and complete 1 set of 15 reps.

Third Set

You got it. For Step #1, #3, and #5 increase your weight and complete 1 set of 10 reps. Steps #2 and #4 increase your speed and go for 10 minutes.

Helpful Hint: You are going to be tired and want to get up, that’s kinda the point.
