Easy Salad for a BBQ

You are enjoying your Friday night listening to your favorite playlist as you sip on a delightful cocktail. Then it hits you, Monday morning Sara invited you to a BBQ and you completely forgot. The solution is this easy bean and pepper salad.

Recipe

1 can of washed garbanzo beans
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped green pepper
2 handfuls of spinach
1 cup of matchstick carrots
¼ cup of chopped parsley
4 oz of crumbled goat cheese
¼ cup of Italian dressing

Substitutes

Instead of garbanzo beans, use black or pinto beans
Instead of bell peppers, use broccoli or green beans
Instead of spinach, use power greens
Instead of match carrots, use chopped mini carrots
Instead of parsley, use cilantro or oregano
Instead of goat cheese, use your favorite cheese
Instead of Italian dressing, use your favorite dressing
