1-2 corn on the cob
1 red bell pepper
Cut corn kernels off the cob and place into a large bowl. Chop the pineapple and the red bell pepper into small salsa size pieces and place into the bowl. Squeeze juice from two limes. Mix the ingredients. Season to taste with paprika, season salt and black pepper. Chop cilantro and add to the bowl. Mix the ingredients.
