You can totally pull off a jumpsuit in the fall. Not sure how? Well keep reading, I’ll give you my go to’s when it comes to wearing a jumpsuit in the fall. Know You can find jumpsuits for the fall, typically made from heavier fabrics like a velvet. If you have a heavier jumpsuit you don’t really need to pair with with much more than a great pair of shoes and jewelry. These tips are really for if you plan to take all those lightweight jumpsuits you wore in the summer.
Wearing a Jumpsuit in the Fall
Hint 1. Add a Layer
I love gentlemen’s jackets because they are super comfy. I particularly chose a gentlemen’s jacket with this jumpsuit because it’s rather thin and I like how the jacket covered my backside. You could always throw on a chucky wool sweater or a bomber jacket.
Hint 2. Add a Boot
Now I’m not wearing boots here, but I debated on wearing my over the knee black boots. I think had I not had a heavier jacket I would have worn the boots. Boots are a great way to wear most any summer piece of clothing into the fall.
Hint 3. Add a Dark Color
Because this jumpsuit is a sweet shade of pink I needed to bring in a dark color to make it feel more fall appropriate. When choose what dark color to pair with your jumpsuit, look at the colors in the jumpsuit. Black was an easy chose due to the black pin striped of the jumpsuit.
