I know! It’s difficult to find the time to workout. We all live very busy lives. That’s why you need this workout. You can do it while you play with your kids, veg out in front of the TV or on your bed just before you settle down for the evening. I love this leg workout because I can do it while I’m catching up on my Hulu favs. This is a workout with simple moves so you can be somewhat distracted while you do them. Hey the way I see it, a litle workout is better then no workout. Right?
First Lucky Leg Move
Lay on your side with your bottom leg bent, raise your top leg as high as is comfortable. Making somewhat of V with your legs keep going until you can go no more.
Second Lucky Leg Move
Staying on your side with your bottom leg bent, raise your top leg and tap front to back and front to back. Keep tapping back and forth until you get tired.
Third Lucky Leg Move
Staying on your side with your bottom leg bent, raise your top leg and make a wide circular rotation. Once you get tired reverse the rotation.
Go til you cant go no more and do it while you’re distracted with your favorite TV show.
